We had a problem with our dishwasher in September last year a technician attended and recommended that we buy a new dishwasher. They offered us a package for a Bosch diswasher which was installed by A- Grade and the old dishwasher taken away which we decided to go with. A couple of weeks ago we noticed that our floorboards around the dishwasher looked warped. We had a plumber attend yesterday who said that the diswasher hadn't been properly installed, the hole for the pipe of the old dishwasher that went under the sink was not big enough so the installer instead of making the hole bigger decided to put the pipe next to the dishwasher I always wondered why the machine jutted out. End result we have a number of warped floorboards that need to be replaced as well as having to pay a plumber to complete the job properly.
Dean repaired our Bosch washing machine a year ago and did a fantastic job. We recently had him back to repair our clothes dryer and while he was here I asked him to have a look at our fan in our oven - he had the oven out and the fan fixed and back in the wall in 15 mins. He's a true professional and carries most parts on hand, and always rings half an hour prior to arrival so you know where you stand. He even gave our old dishwasher the once over - giving it a big tick, no need to do anything. He doesn't over service - how unusual! We have now recommended him to all our family and friends.
