ABC Blinds Rockingham came for initial quote, measured up I proceeded with the quote, the installer came out in 2 weeks to do the job, but all blinds were not correct sizing and in front roll when asked for reverse roll. So, they took the blinds back to fix. 2 weeks later they rock up to install, blinds are still in front roll when asked for reverse roll, but I had enough and just proceeded. Now the blinds are rolling up to one side and getting caught in the tracks. Do not use this company terrible quality, support and workmanship. Nightmare to deal with and wish I went with another company.
Disgraceful!!!! Should - 5 star rating.Where is the customer service??? No one cares about the customer's in ABC blinds. Be careful don't pay up front you will never get blinds installed. Paid in full on 6th January promised by salesman and his manager if I pay in full blinds will be installed in 4 weeks. After 5 weeks they bring wrong colour steel. Took them back to repaint, last 3 weeks they have been bookin every week they will come to install, waiting at home all day for 3 weeks every Friday for them to arrive as per they sms they will come 7-12 or some days 12-5 but with no luck. Today 10 March they arrive with blinds start installing and found out that the blinds wrong size they're offset of balkony center and middle post is too small. Now they need to order new post but manager is not at work today and they couldn't order the post. Calling the office is waist of time they're never answer the phone. Stay away from ABC.
