They charge any money they can and then take the money straight from the bank account without even informing you ! Toll invoice was covered by my account and they still charged me $44 admin fees even though the toll was paid !! Horrible, don't recommend !
The car hire and prices were ok.. like everyone else pretty much... but it was lucky I chose them seeing their reviews.. the customer service is excellent... and I’m not talking about over the counter service... so I had some questions about dropping the car at the airport and it was 1 am and I wasn’t sure about the process though later I realised my voucher had that info.. but they have a 24 after hours person as well.. the guy was so nice and helpful and sorted it all out... super super super 5 stars all the way
Good costumer service, we had a free upgrade. It was an amazing car with perfect drive. Very clean the car and very helpful people who took us few km in the end. Would definitely recommend specially because it is very well located on CBD and because it's always good to get a good service. Thank you for today Advance Car
