We had an excellent experience renting a motorhome from Annette at Aussie Bargain Car Rentals. She and Ken were extremely helpful and kept in touch with us the whole trip.We ended up renting another vehicle from them and had a similar experience. I had a wonderful experience with Annette and Kate from Aussie Bargain Car Rentals. I booked the car for a work trip and I extended it twice for my personal holiday. All up I had the car for 3 weeks during the Xmas break. Annette and Kate organised for me to pick the car up after hours on boxing day and had it waiting with all my paper work at the Sunny Coast airport. The initial coordination with my company admin to the re-booking for my personal hire ran smoothly and they definitely have their processes well organised which gave me complete peace of mind. The car was a dream and fit all of my luggage and equipment we took to Woodford festival. A later model Tucson that was remarkably affordable to hire for the entire time compared to the more commercial hiring companies. This is the first time we have used Aussie Bargain Car Rentals and it was by recommendation. From our first contact it was pleasant experience. We collected the car after hours from the airport and because of special circumstances needed to drop off some paperwork at their off site premises. We were told to just drop the details in their door slot and they would process this the next morning. But by good fortune, when we arrived the office was still open which was fortunate. The car we got was spotless, ran like a dream and suited us perfectly. All conversations with their staff were very helpful and when we returned the car, instead if having to offload our baggage the staff just drove us over to the terminal in the same car - so easy
