The Driveline SpecialistsAward Diff & Gearbox Services is a small family owned business established in 1999.
As a small business we feel we are better able to maintain an exceptionally high degree of quality and to focus on excellent customer service.
Our staff have over 20 years experience in the repair of manual gearboxes, transfer cases and differentials for all makes and models. We also have experience in a wide range of race, rally and high performance areas.
After listening to our customers over the years we have found that most vehicle owners prefer to have their own units repaired. This way they know the history of all components in their vehicle and are more confident of ongoing safe and trouble free operation.

My 2008 Holden 4WD ute with whine noise in rear, Test drove by Award and quoted from $1000 up to $3700 dollars as they thought it could be pinion, ring gear & bearings & wheel bearings. Cathy had obtained pricing for parts from there supplier yet the supplier did not state if in stock in Australia, otherwise they would come from overseas at 6-8 week wait. I specifically asked her to call me and confirm timeframe of parts as it is a business vehicle & the vehicle could fail at anytime- she never did call. Diagnosed by Craft at Holroyd as Diff pinion bearing after test drive & repaired by them for as quoted $880.
I realise it can be difficult to diagnose faults yet its not difficult to call back as promised when you know the matter is urgent after a vehicle is taken to the premises for a test drive, pricing given yet not knowing if the parts are in the country.
I think it quite rude of you to review a business that never did any work for you!
Rude? Its about servicing the client from start to finish, fulfilling promises along the way- particularly those of importance- call when you say you will call- if you dont get that- quite frankly- you shouldnt be in the "service" industry.
