Bed Bath N Table

Disgusted!!

Recently purchased a bath robe with my brother as a gift for our mother birthday, the sales person was great and was very attentive.

When the day came around, gave her the gift but it was the wrong size.

I Went back to the store 3 days after purchasing it hoping to exchange the gift for a different size.

I explained it was a gift for my mother and that I could not produce the receipt because my brother who is now in Sydney has it in his wallet and would not be in Melbourne for another 3 weeks.

I then said I do not want a refund, I would like to exchange it for a different size so I can give her the give to use it.

In an extremely patronising voice sales person said. "ok I am the manager that means you come back in three weeks".

I would avoid this place at all costs, if you really want something go to bed bath n table in another area.

This is a great place to stock up on items for the bedroom and bathroom. They have a great range of things in store, and it is a fun place to shop at. The prices are very low and the staff here is wonderful to deal with. I would definitely shop here again.
