Breville Factory Seconds

I talked my son into taking me to the factory seconds shop in Ultimo and boy, was he surprised. We went because I wanted a toaster which could toast crumpets!. Well, after googling the address (which was wrongly numbered) and trying to phone them (no answer), we finally did find them in Wattle Street and even managed to get a parking spot right outside. As I said I wanted a toaster. Not only did I find the exact one I needed but we came out with the toaster, a sandwich press, a coffee pot, an electric kettle and a microwave! The prices are great (some actually amazing) and the staff very helpful with getting the goodies to our car. I mentioned to the manager that the google address was wrong and when I checked today, it's already been corrected. As they sell other brands besides Breville, I will never go anywhere else for these appliances and, my son is a convert!

I have only just discovered this exists then googling for ideas on a new Breville toaster. Whilst stock is a little limited they seem to have a bit of turnover. There is parking at the door which is very handy.

I can't fault this place at all, and always consider shopping here when I need a related purchase. The discounts are awesome, and I find these guys will often have the same items you will find anywhere else (carrying their brand of course). I for one, certainly don't mind paying on average 30-45% off my items just because the box had been opened. I ALWAYS find the staff to be great (Thanks Crystal for your patience last week when I was in looking for a Kettle - you really made me feel valued, and I appreciate your sound product knowledge across the range you stock. Well done & sincerely - Thank you so much for making my day). I cant imagine how much we've saved by shopping here in recent years. Even our family and friends have started to recognise our gifts at family gatherings..... Keep up the great work.. :)

I have purchased quite a few items from this store in the past and have never had a problem with the products or staff. I do however have a complaint today. PLEASE ANSWER YOUR TELEPHONE! I have been calling for ages and it just rings out, which is extremely unprofessional- and will result in a no sale.

I went to Breville Factory Second this morning to purchase a food processor. I paid $200.00 for the product. As soon as I got home I unpacked the food processor to check for any damage. It was obvious to me that the machine was used and returned. I was horrified to find food leftovers clinging to the bowl, blade, lid, discs and the seal. Whoever returned the food processor had unsuccessfully cleaned the items with a scorer or abrasive cleaner leaving nasty deep marks and scratches all over the parts. I phoned the shop within one hour of purchasing the item, was told that I had purchased a factory second product and if the machine is in working order I have to live with it. In all honesty, this is a disgusting I will report to the health authorities. I recommend to any potential customers to avoid this store at all cost, you will save yourself money and hazels not buying there.
