I came to this clinic with the simplest request a doctor could ever face in their career - I had to get some immunisations done and just wanted an immunisation and some blood tests done as that was requested by my university. There was no diagnosis involved, no actual illness or medical condition. I expected it to go smoothly. However, I ended up going to 3 different GP's at the clinic, each time waiting over an hour, and every appointment they would do something wrong (eg. miss a blood test on the referral form etc) therefore I'd have to come back. The last time I came, it was simply to collect my blood test results - that's all I needed. I ended up waiting for over 2.5 hours past my appointment time, then when the Dr called me in she said she lost my results and sent me back outside to the waiting room while the receptionist looked for them and the Dr. went in to receive her next patients. Doctors are very professional and provide proactive care. My family and I love their professionalism.
Staff and Nurses are very friendly too.
