Extremely disappointed, have been going for 12 months and keep returning for the same issues using up all of my funds from my health fund. Also have a family member who has had the same issue. It might be no gap but you loose all of your funds by having to keep returning. Returning to my old dentist, there may be a small out of pocket but the job is down properly.
Hi Holter,
I tried to search your name in our data base and no one with that name come up. I hope you haven’t post this review to the wrong practice.
I am sorry to hear your recent visit to a dental practice was not as pleasing due to the circumstances. It doesn’t sound like our practice as we have a 6 month warranty, free of charge for any tooth done with the same issue or treatment. However, it needs to be done by the same dentist who originally treated you for that tooth. The reason for this and I am sure most other practices have the same policy is because most dentists are not employee and get paid per hour. They are contractors and get paid per patient they see. So example if your issue was a filling that has fallen out or need polishing, the original dentist will redo it for free if the problem is less than 6 months ago.
I hope you can call the practice so we can further understand your situation.
