CVWC is the best mechanic shop I've ever been to. They take care of their customers very well. They have no problem explaining things for folks who don't know much about cars. They are very honest and consistent. All of their staff are very knowledgeable and they are on top of their admin. Most mechanic shops don't EXPLAIN THEIR WORK, which I happen to use; they do and it makes the difference for me.

Darron he is main mechanic he will explain any thing about your car best way and easy fix,Charles who is looking after customer service very reliable to contact with you and orgsnize days and parts and time for you.

If you want work trusted people in your world these people real people .

Canberra VW Centre provide excellent service every single time. They are the only mechanic that I trust and recommend to anyone and everyone with an audi, skoda or vw. They are the main reason that I will only buy a car that they can service.

Seems that this once reliable repair point has gone the way of the dealerships, back log of around a month to get in, which would normally be a good indicator of work, but if you are looking for anything other than a simple service, look elsewhere. It appears that they have no facility nor inclination for diagnosis of issues. Multiple times back for same issue, expensive replacement of parts that then prove to have no need to be replaced, replacement mechanics at its worst. Add to that such things as hoses not secured properly after removal and you have a pretty shoddy level of work.
