" feeling bad with the auto shop"
I felt they wanted to ask extra money from customer - I have purchased the major service from groupon, but they were asked 2 more items needed to be done by paying extra money it is exculded from groupon value, I knew my car has regularly service before and the last service was done 11 months ago, then I took it to other bigger auto shop to checking again these 2 items they mentioned, the result is no need to be done as cleijine's saying. so I felt they are dishonest to me and want to get extra money from customer. I suggest the customers always get 2nd auto shop to verify.
Poor Customer Service- when I got my car serviced through groupon- My car bonet broke because they did not close it properly. They were rude and damaged my car. The rip you off stating that you are getting all this bargain. Then they make up all these things for your car which is wrong went to another car mechanic who said that they were liers and made stuff up bad company.
The so called "major" service is what's usually done in a normal service.
Could not diagnose engine light fault and just reset the car computer (light came back on 20 minutes after they gave the car back to me).
Air filter was not changed despite extra was charged (they did rectify after it was discovered, but cannot be trusted to do the work correctly first time).
Did not rotate tyres but typed it onto the invoice as work done.
Cap and rim of the brake fluid container was not clean despite claiming that they have done a brake fluid flush.
Multiple items not even checked even though the service book was in the car - spark plugs were due for change, timing belt was due...etc but was untouched nor mentioned.
So concerned with their work that I had to book in a service with another mechanic two days later.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
