If Dimuth put half the effort into doing his job well that he does getting his mates to write him reviews he'd be a wonder but he's not. He's unprofessional and unreliable. Present him with a job that requires actual effort or, even worse, requires him to think, he'll abandon it and you faster than you can say, "But there's a really easy workaround." Save yourself the grief and get a professional in the first place. I wish I had.
