The WORST customer service I've ever experienced!
The manager was rude and improper, and could not even give me a price on material. She said she was too busy.
She did not offer to call back. Told me to drive to the store (45 min drive) to look for myself.
My partner called back, and received the same treatment, and she hung up on him!!
He called back again, to try get a price on material and she was nothing but difficult. He told her 'congratulations, you are the rudest person I've dealt with today'.

This is the MANAGER of the store!
I am assuming she must think she can treat people however she sees fit because it is the only fabric store within the area

Very disappointed by the staff in here.
My 20 yr old daughter & her friend came in to purchase some fabric dyes and ask some questions.
1) they were rudely told by one staff member to go ask someone else.
2) they were then told to go back and ask the original staff member who told them that she couldn’t help them.
3) all this occurred after they politely waited for the original lady to serve an elderly lady who the staff member was very kind to.

Amazing!! Such a huge, fully stocked warehouse with an unbelievable array of materials, ribbons, buttons, lace, fur, patterns, fabrics, craft items, and much more. If you can sew or are a crafty person, then this is the place for you! It's easy to lose an hour or two looking through the 3 adjoining warehouses.
The staff are friendly & helpful and can cut your length of fabric quickly, neatly & in a straight line! (unlike some other places)
It's easy to get to and there's plenty of parking out front.

What can I say. Great shop, fantastic prices for Rasant threads and quilting fabric. There are hundreds of bolts of fabric for $11 per metre and a large range of Civil War fabrics. Also many children's panels and fabrics and a big range of Clover products. I spent about two hours there and I feel that I still didn't see all the fabrics in the store. Next door is an even bigger space full of dress fabrics, laces, buttons and beads plus lots more. Well worth a visit. I feel like I got very good value for money here.
