My husband and I recently engaged the services of Invisible Mending to tend to some repair work at our rental property. Sections of carpet and underlay had sustained some water damage (i.e. rotten underlay and carpet needed re-stretching). From my first interaction with Patrick I found him to be polite and honest. He gave a good estimate in terms of cost involved, which was very reasonable. He confirmed the appointment time and was punctual with his arrival. We recently had a carpet burn due to an accidental heater accident. Admittedly I was a little skeptical about how good the job will be and how the carpet will look post work. Firstly, Patrick is a fantastic person. He quoted us then charged us less because upon working saw the job did not require as much work, which I found as honest and respectable. Secondly, the work was done so well that I can no longer see where the burn was or any marks.
I honestly have half a mind to deliberately cut my carpet and ask for his service again purely because of his attitude and experience!

Fifteen years ago we used Invisible Mending at a rental property which had sustained cigarette burns and an iron imprint. We were so impressed with the meticulous job that Patrick did that we kept his details.
