This was our second time building. First was with a small project builder in NSW. Amazing. The build itself was fantastic, and the site supervisor completely fastidious. For example, he called the tiler back to redo a square metre of tiling because it wasn’t done perfectly. The aftersales service was top notch. Nothing was a problem, and they understood completely that they had built the house and therefore were responsible for ensuring it met quality standards.

While most of their trades were pretty good, it only takes one clown to completely change the look of your home, and in our case it was the cleaner who destroyed 100 years of history in an afternoon! Making matters worse they refused to accept any responsibility for their contractors stuff up. Not good enough!
