Really big and often very busy but has some great meal deals

Better than our last visit.
All meals were yummy. The small pizza was huge and I suggest sharing. Staff were very friendly. I couldn't find somewhere to change our baby so had to do it on the shelf above the wash basin in the rest room.
Apart from that, all was good.

Saturday night dinner. We were welcomed by very friendly staff at the front desk and proceeded upstairs to join the queue to order our meals. There was a wait of about 10 minutes to be served, but the service was friendly and our questions about meal ingredients were answered wonderfully.
Meals were delivered to the table in a reasonable time. Unfortunately, two of the meals were far from delicious. The roast pork had barely any taste, there were no roast potatoes or crackling. The fish and chips was far from nice. The fish tasted watery and the chips weren't cooked nicely. However the burger was great. The apple crumble that we got for dessert, was really good.
The band that was playing was great. Very easy to listen to and good to see so many people up on the dance floor having a great time.
Plenty of seating. The restaurant was clean and tidy and the staff were all very welcoming and friendly.

Upon entering the Redcliffe RSL we were greeted by the lovely Dannielle. Fantastic staff member to have on the front door because she was really friendly and helpful.

The restaurant/ cafe/ bar area is well spaced out, clean and tidy. Bar prices are very reasonable - $7 soft drink jugs. Bar staff very well mannered and helpful.

Our meals came out quickly. I had grilled barramundi with a side salad and chips. It was nice but not the best fish I've tasted. Will just order something different next time. Everyone else enjoyed their meals.

Staff were all very friendly and efficient.

Entertainment was a singer performing, which was good. Just in the background, not too loud.

So all up a pretty good. Based on the whole experience I would definitely return. Will just try something else on the menu next time.

Hey ya gotta love ya local RSL Club at Redcliffe as I've been going to RSL clubs for decades where ever I have lived, you can't beat their cheap drink prices & value for money meals at the bistro or cafe.

There's also the entertainment they put on & if ya game you can go & have a punt on the pokie machines or Keno if you dare, I also like to have a game of snooker.

Always a great place to drop in & just say G'day to a mate or the staff.
