Sandbar Beach Cafe

Great location on Middle Park beach foreshore, sunlight building and nice food. Near to the No 12 tram too.

I really enjoyed our brunch/lunch here and found both the setting and the decor relaxing. It's a perfect spot on a sunny day in Melbourne and you can enter from the street or the beach. The food is great and there is a great choice of wines if you want alcohol. It's a teensy bit pricey so I would keep alcohol to one drink and concentrate on the yummy food.

You can smell the coffee here ..beautiful way yo start my day. I am happy. Nice healthy choices too for breakfast

I have been going to the Sandbar for years and was bitterly disappointed by two grumpy staffs who currently seem to run the place when we went there today for lunch. They rudely asked us to leave as soon as we finished our overpriced average meal. We may have ordered more food and drinks had we not experienced such rudeness. There was no apology and no idea of people skills or customer service. They then continued to abuse us for finishing off a game with our kids as we walked out the door. Plenty of other great beach cafes. Avoid this one for sure!!!

i love my two days vacation here, best place to unwind and relaxed to relieve the stress of the week. worth paying for! the ambiance was great, cozy atmosphere was really cool. love the view of the sunset here. delicious food offer, staffs are very welcoming and attentive. . nice place ever!
