Went to the camping show looked at a couple of campers, we at first were ingored by staff as they were talking about what they were going to do on the weekend.we were there to look at another company's camper but thought we would look at this company's product, the gecko was very similar to one we were looking at with the other company, then a sales person told us some info on the gecko but was not sure about something's and told us to contact the manger in Penrith after speaking with him we thought ok, it's a little bit more but service is very important to us.
After speaking to the manager he told us that he didn't have time to go through our concerns and questions telling us I went through this 4 times already ( must of had us confused with someone else as we had not gone over anything really ) ...read more
I understand this is Daniel. It is a real shame Daniel after you visited us 4 times, rang our manager after hours at home, and stayed on our stand for over an hour looking at our product. You told us many times that our product was the best and we went out of our way to look after you when we were constantly inindated with people interested in our products. ...read more
You must have us mistaken for someone else as I did not visit you 4 times at the show nor did I ring after hours I was happy with the price and never asked for a discount I asked once what was the best price you could do you told me and I agreed with that price.
In regards to your comment you couldn't open the camper at the show I understood that and never asked u to open and close it.So I'm sure you have me confused. I offered to pay a deposit and asked if in a week or 2 after the show if at the showroom as I have a back injury and needed to make sure my wife would be able to do it. You told me not to leave a deposit as it was too much of a hassle to refund if she was unable to erect the camper herself. Also there were no other people waiting at the show for you guys I had to wait for your main guy as he was having a smoke.
We were actually looking at 2 campers I feel that I was treated badly as I am not Australian

Ask me what you want as u have 2 mins so I hope you have your credit card in your hand to read out the numbers as I'm tired and frustrated and want to go home.
Why would I pay $16,000 if I'm not sure what im getting.
