Thai Me Up might have been operating for so many years now, and despite me always going past this restaurant on my way to and from work, it was only a few weeks ago that I finally tried out the restaurant that seems to incite curiosity by the wordplay of its name alone.
The shop is pretty much a takeaway place: a small space with some simple tables and chairs. Very plain, no decor. Even the menu looks like they have gone through the better years.
The food offerings are pretty extensive although most dishes are without pictures and displayed in their native names without any clear descriptions.
We ordered some chicken stir fried with cashew nuts and and a green curry. The food came quite quickly. They taste quite alright and the serving sizes were quite standard.
The price points are quite alright considering the location, but it wasn't bargain basement price either.
