Cool place near the bus stop at castle towers. My brother recommended it as he's a bit of a trendy so have it a go. Warehouse type interior, cement rendered floors and wooden tables. Waitress was lovely and had a friendly vibe. I got a beautiful latte which tasted very nice, Ethiopian single origin blend. I hadn't had breakfast and ordered two things: muesli delight and maxx power salad. The first dish was a beautifully presented toasted muesli - with strawberries, edible flowers poached quince and rose syrup and coyo. This was delicious and I'd definately order again. The coconut yoghurt was Particularly nice.
The second dish was a plate of healthy stuff; boiled egg, slightly runny but not oozing, a large piece of pumpkin, quinoa, half an avocado (rare with the price these days), and a red cabbage and greens salad. It was accompanied with an eggplant purée. Not a huge amount of flavour but tasted very fresh and healthy.
