Toby's Estate Coffee

A super busy kiosk inside Westfield, there is great coffees to be had. The ready made sandwichea are all tasty as well as the assortment of sweets, including lots of gf, df or vegan treats. The nougat at the counter where you pay is so delicious & addictive every time I go up to buy coffee!

Had a hankering for a coffee whilst I was at Westfield Bondi Junction and generally enjoy their blend of coffees. They had a steady queue and the ladies serving me were nice. I had my usual Mocha and it tasted nice. If you wish to have your coffee there they have a fairly large seating area with plants as decorations. They also sell sandwiches and cakes in addition to their coffees.

At first, it seems a little out of place to have the indie-style Toby's Estate Coffee setting up shop at Westfield Bondi Junction. But it appears that they are trying to target a broader audience and it seems to have worked for them.

The shop is located at the lower level of the centre, consisting of a shop-on-the-wall section of ordering and takeaway, and then a dedicated seating area across it, separated by the walking area for foot traffic. Despite being indoors, it has the outdoor look with wooden frames and furniture across the seating area, which is not too much over the top as to make a statement.

Sadly, I am not a coffee drinker so I decided to purchase some of their cake and pastry offerings instead. The lemon tart was quite delicious and the ricotta lemon cannoli was very original. The sizes were quite alright, not too big but are properly priced. The service was also very quick and prompt too.

Toby's Estate Coffee is good. The staff are friendly, generally they make the coffee quickly and the taste of the coffee is great. This can be said about both the beans and the cups of coffee made to order.

Had a fantastic espresso this morning. Using great Ethiopian beans.
