At Urbane they do not seem to understand the phrase "I want my hair just cut straight along the bottom" Apparently to them this means "add layers all through the bottom". They do what they want and not what the customer wants, any comment or instruction by the customer is simply met with a snarky tone before returning to what they were doing.
Also they charge more to cut long hair, and they don't tell you this until you're at the checkout. FUN FACT: people with long hair have the same amount of hairs to cut as people with short hair.
That's so sad you felt that way, I've been going for years and my hair has gone from medium length to long and the price has only gone up if I get a blowdry because obviously it takes longer to do.
loved Dylan...gorgeous in her looks and work! very skilled and the place offers a very relaxed ambiance...felt very well cared for, and certainly would recommend them. Got my very frizzy hair chemically straightened which was done with utmost care and professionalism...Even the trainee who helped was good at her work! Best of all, she is always smiling and a great artist! Thanks Dylan!
