Do not go here I had my pedicure shellac and sns on my nails the pedicure wasn’t a full pedicure it only took the lady 15 mins for a pedicure and she never shaved the dead skin off my feet and I asked her to but she never understood English why are you working in a nail salon when I don’t speak or understand English. My sns on my nails peeled off in less than 24 hrs went back the next day and told them I got my nails done here and showed them the sns is peeling off and they wanted to charge me $3 a nail to redo the sns I refused to pay and demanded to speak to the manager and low and behold the manager wasn’t there so I walked out and never will go there again worst nail place ever
I love this place. Always a great shellac pedicure. I used to go down the road to another salon and found Y and F cos i got so frustrated when i walked into the other place and was told "wait 5 mins" and ended up leaving 2 hrs later. Not at Y and F. Always fast and efficient :)
I had my eyelashes done here this weekend from a deal on Groupon. Worst eyelashes l have ever had some in my life. Classified as glam set which l paid extra for when it was not even natural set. I had gaps and eyelashes were not up to standards. When l asked why it doesn't look thick or why it wasn't glam set look they said l have to pay extra for fuller longer lashes when l already did. She just looked at me and said nothing. I was so disappointed and regret gettin them done. I also had my nails done prior and they did them poorly as well, l asked if l could shape them as they did it horribly and fixed them myself while she sat on her mobile phone.
