Bentleys Hair Of Canberra

Our family of 4 have all been having our hair cut at Bentleys for approx 7 years. I have cut and colour and my husband and boys have wash and cut. The service has always been very friendly and efficient, my husband in particular has very difficult hair with multiple cow licks etc and his hair always looks great.

Staff with poor customer service skills who do not listen, managers who are unable to negotiate with a disappointed client without bullying and mediocre hair and colouring skills where the cut isn't straight and the colour ends up in patches. Learn from my mistakes and avoid this place! Would give 0/5 if I could!

Really busy place which just pproves how popular they are. Not the best with general welcoming but the Stylists are aawesome. Ryan rocks and have never had a bad cut yet!

Can't comment on the skills of the cutting of hair but given that you are greeted on the phone by an ill mannered hair dresser - I wouldn't even try!
