Thank you Julie and the team from 100 Collins. You made beautifully crafted engagement and wedding rings for us 16 years ago and the newly made eternity ring is absolutely perfect. Julie's attention to detail and customer service was above and beyond, even helping my husband to create a wonderful and totally unexpected surprise for my birthday.

My partner and I had nearly the exact same thing happen at this business! Please dont shop there. They completely ruined our engagement. Normally should be an amazing and happy time instead for us it was stressful and heart breaking. When ring was re sized it was completely ruined and we were told it could be sent back overseas to be re made and it was still not right on return. Since then we have had it re vauled and the diamond doesnt match the orginal paperwork. Please dont let this business ruin your happy time!

We ordered an "original design" ring "hand crafted by a master craftsman", with the promise from the store management that if we didn't like the final product we could have a remodel or refund. Final product was only a stock band and claw very badly welded together. The diamond was crooked, band was scratched & looked like it was only plated. Collins Jewellers refused to acknowledge faults, refused remodel or refund & refused customer service, but they still have the ring.
