BE WARNED this company is very doggy, poor standard of work, inflated charge & intimidating attitude. They quoted me on a Braemar ducted heating unit but turned up with a bottom of the range Bonaire unit they claimed was "exactly the same and same price". The plumber who attended refused to lower the price and demanded immediate payment. He was intimidating, irritable and threatening, wouldn't answer my questions on the Bonaire unit. Refused info about the electrician who they had arranged to put in an electrical power point for the unit, refused to give me that business ph number or name. I was refused a Certificate of Compliance, was told it "wasn't needed because the new unit was replacing an old unit". I was told I was "a difficult ...read more
A digger cut through our water service will putting power in on a Sunday, they were there in under an hour located water stop that we couldn't find turned off water and went away and bought poly pipe to replace the old Gal. Price was reasonable considering it was a Sunday and the amount of damage that was done.
This company is also known as Mr Plumber. I was charged almost $500 for a 30 minute minor repair on my gas hot water unit.
I have since become aware that they have many phone numbers and many aliases. Please don't let yourself be fooled by these guys.

Ask for a detailed quote with a break down of all costs before using this company. I was forced to sign a quote with an amount claiming a job would take all day as it was so big, only for it to be done in a couple of hours. My job was a replacement hot water system. Assuming a hot water system was $1200, I was charged $ 2450 ex GST to put the hot water system in. Allowing $150 in materials (a couple of t pieces and 7 meters of copper pipe), this leaves $1100 in labour. This amount divided by the 2 hours it took to put in is $550 per hour. 2 plumbers were on-site, which amount to $275 per hour they were getting paid. They saw me coming. A warning to other customers-ask for a broken down quote!
