He has put many hours into phone conversations, patiently answering emails, and dealing with all of our small requests. Has gone above and beyond to help Abbey thermalboards over the last 2 years with domain hosting, installing security and combating hacking and attacks. Everyone in the office is very happy with Andy's service. We understand that Andy has other committments and this has not effected the service as we have been able to find a solution for any problems we have had with the internet within a reasonable time. Also, as a local business we prefer to do business locally and meet face to face where possible. This has made all the difference.

Just wanted to say that my experience has only been positive Andy has always returned my calls. I am a very small business and he was the only web design company that is located in Australia that could give me a quality product for a price I can afford. He provides on going support and guidance in developing my web page and his hint's and tips have been a valuable source of information. If anyone is looking at starting out with an online web page/shopping cart I would highly recommend 21 designs.

Completely unreliable. Will not return phone calls or answer emails. Does not deliver projects as promised or on time. Works full-time in a paid position while doing this work on the side. Takes on work unqualified to complete.
