365 Cleaners

I had been promised that they have fully equipped team and service providers to secure my bond. They failed from communication, dispatch timing and service for which they ultimately negotiating to provide 50 dollar reimbursement.

Their cleaners demanded to pay in full before they start service and I did all they asked for including booking for bay etc.

But they failed to clean even the dust on the floor. If I had the time I would have cleaned it better. Moreover they book for a reclean the following week and do not show up.

After 1.5 weeks time my water and electricity are plugged off and they say they could not do because I did nit provide electricity!

Don't believe their deceptive advertisement of full bond refund assure claims!

Hours late for appointment
Terrible cleaning job and failed Realestate inspection.
They never turned up for 2 separate scheduled recleans.
For the 3rd reclean I was told they would turn up between 9am-5pm for reclean ( 2 weeks after failed cleaning job) and i said I have work and they said that wasn’t there problem and any lost wages or cost I incur is my problem and not there responsibility as per there contract.
I hired a better cleaning company and had it cleaned again. Ended up paying twice.

This company is …….SO BAD NEWS…….

Don’t make the same mistake as i did

I have done the end of lease cleaning with 365cleaners. This is my second time going to them for end of lease cleaning. Both times I didn’t had any concerns from my property manager regarding the cleaning. It was spot on . Also they provided me with a very competitive pricing. Also when I called them , there was a positive response from their end to clarify the details I was asking. Overall I was happy with the job , both times.
