We need to apologise to you and your company Nathan. First of all for not believing your findings and recommendations to repair our plumbing problem and secondly for posting the previous review . Nathan we will be recommending you to all other Strata complexes as to find an plumber these days is very valuable asset to have.

No good removed parts without authority . Sends other people you would not know who they were.
When you ask if Nathan has eyed the completed job the answer is no , but if there is a problem well get someone else to come and fix it .
Very poor service.

Nathan fixed up the problem in the next day, he is much more experienced and with professional integrity.

I have to give negitive feedback as their attitide before and after payment was totally different, they promised me there was enough space for installation when doing the quote, but refused to fix up when they found the space was not enough during installation, by the excuse of the product itselfs problem which I bought by myself. They took the part which comes with the product after installation, which they promised to leave to my place. When I called to ask for it after they leave, they just replied by chuck it into the bin and hang up rudely. So speechless about their attitude.
