My hot water unit wasn't working so I called David, he was very helpful and send his guy to check the unit.

Due to some misunderstanding, the guy quote me service call but couple of days later I received $300 back from David.

This business put a magnet in my mailbox advertising their "24/7" plumbing services. On Saturday evening, I had a problem with the flushing mechanism in my toilet (and keep in mind, we only have the one toilet) so I gave them a ring. "Do you really need me to come over now just for that?" the guy asks me. No, dude, I just thought I would ring you to be funny. Thankfully I found someone else who could help me. Given the responses to the other reviews here, seems like the attitude is just appalling in general, so I probably dodged a bullet. Have fun being smart and losing customers, I guess.
