Andrew & Mark have just finished a job on the carport of my terrace house in Paddington. They had to build a surrounding around the carport and install a gate full proof for the swimming pool. I am very pleased with the outcome. It was very refreshing to deal with Andrew and Mark, from when they visit the site for quoting to the finish, no fuss, getting on with the job and very obliging. I shall have no hesitation having Andrew & Mark to do further job at my house when it will arise. Marie
Andrew and Mark are absolutely excellent! We had them do quite a big job (for us, anyway), install a new timber floor, organise and install some large bifold doors, build a deck out the back. They were very reliable, very thorough, very professional, and used good quality materials. The end result looks fantastic, and was completed with no delays, no extra costs, and no problems along the way despite the deck needing to be an odd shape. Great work ethic and with a good sense of humour too, it was a pleasure to have them work for us and we will definitely have them again for our next job.

Just thought we would others know that you can't go past Andrew and Mark for any sort of building and carpentry work. A Grade Carpentry are our go to people. Everyone loves big jobs but for these guys no job is too small. They have done big and small jobs for us and each time their work is outstanding. Fast, tidy and always well priced. A Grade Carpentry quoted several thousand dollars of work at our house, and after we awarded them the work, they pulled out saying they had "accepted a big job".
Sorry you have felt the need to leave this comment Jim but during the few weeks we waited to hear back from you due to getting other quotes, we accepted a job on the upper North Shore which we commenced and could no longer fit you in.
Sorry you have felt the need to write this Jim as we waited several weeks for you to obtain other quotes. When you eventually got back to us, I informed you we had accepted a large job on the upper Nth Shore and were now unable to fit you in . During this Covid19 time, we have to jump on the jobs available to us immediately.
Sorry you felt the need to post this comment Jim, as we did wait several weeks for your response to our quote whilst you seeked other quotes. During this Covid 19 period, we have to accept all jobs that have come our way as a matter of urgency! When you finally accepted, I had to tell you that unfortunately we could not now fit you in as we had to jump on the incoming jobs without delay even though they are out of our area, as we too need to sustain ourselves during this difficult period!
