Being a "so called" tradesman Michael Garbin of AM Garbin Plumbing & Gas is substandard at best and based on his 2 visits along with his behaviour which was treating me like dirt at every opportunity then leaving this Urgent / High Priority job far from being resolved and best described as the most expensive campsite you could imagine as I’ve been left paying rent whilst the premises are uninhabitable.
Request I made the second time around was 6th March with the place being uninhabitable due to lack of "essential" services dating back to the 17th January 2023. Failure of the HWS (he originally installed) leaving no hot / warm water whatsoever and he was going to give it a full service and clean all the disgusting ...read more
We're tennats too and had to deal with this guy. Was genuinely taken aback by how rude and disrespectful he is a as a person. Disgusting behavor.
