I went to do my tax at AMM as I have for the past four years without issue. This year with a new accountant, I did my tax again. At the office I was told that I was getting 4500 back, my notice of assessment said that I was owing 950. I called the office to ask for an explanation and emailed my notice of assessment. I called twice a week for three weeks with no returned call. Eventually I left a message saying if my call wasn't returned I'd go into the office. I was told that they did everything right and that the tax department must have made a mistake. I asked if the mistake wasn't there's why it took three weeks to call me and I was told I should apologise for my attitude. How anyone could make such a huge mistake is beyond me but not even to apologise is what really is upsetting. Will never go here again.
