I bought a gift certificate costing $70. Even though it was in the fine print, nothing was explained to me about forfeiting the certificate if less than 24hrs notice was given. My wife could not make it due to temperatures being in the high 30s. She had a headache from the heat. You'd think some compassion would be given. I always thought headaches contraindicated massaging. I know people need to earn a living but it should done without taking advantage of people. Not Happy.
We understand that from time to time people are unable to keep their appointments. A positive outcome could have been reached if even a few hours notice had been given. As it was we had to contact you 5 minutes after the scheduled appointment time to see if your wife was still coming. This gave us no time to rebook the appointment and such we enforced the Terms and Conditions that are printed on the Gift Voucher and you could have read. We are sorry that this decision displeases you but we stand by it.
Well if I ran a business my customers would come "before" my profit line. I guess our value systems are a very different. Even if money comes before customers, what is the lifetime value of a customer let alone one that is a local that could recommend you. Surely a customer is worth more than $70. That is how much you have made me feel I'm worth.
I felt run down, exhausted and ready to cry everyday. After much net surfing, I decided to book myself at A Perfect Blend, for a full body massage and foot reflexology session. From the word go I received the utmost in excellent service. Barbara, both on the phone and as front of house is perfectly suited to her position, Encouraging and hospitable. My therapist, Danae was exceptional. Gave me a play by play as to what I would receive, as well as explaining what body part/s were being affected with each movement. When you didn't want to talk, she didn't. Amazing listener, amazing therapist and an amazing experience that left me feeling like I visited a mate. Thanks guys
Having moved to the Sunshine Coast 2 years ago, I went in search of a decent massage therapist. A Perfect Blend was the fourth place I tried - not only was the massage amazing, but they have HiCaps for on the spot health cover claims which is a bonus! I have not been anywhere else on the coast since I discovered them. I have tried most of their therapists and have not been disappointed yet. Absolutely fantastic!!!
