Established in 2011, A Walk in the Park is a family owned and operated business and is dedicated to providing affordable and reliable pet care services. As mature and responsible adults, as well as a desire to help others, we are confident in delivering a caring and professional service.

Are you going on holiday, spending long hours at work, or simply can't leave the house? Allow us to take care of your pets at home for you. At A Walk in the Park, we understand that you can't always provide the special care your pet needs.

We offer a safe, secure, and affordable alternative to boarding kennels or relying on friends or neighbours.

Our carers have a decade's worth of experience in caring for companion animals including dogs, cats, birds, chickens, guinea pigs, and mice.

For your peace of mind we are insured, police checked, pet first aid trained, and a member of Australia's Pet Industry Association (PIAA).

We support the important animal rights work of Animals Australia by donating 5% of our profits to the organisation.

A Walk in the Park holds affiliations with local charities including Animal Liberation Qld (ALQ), Brisbane Wildlife Transporters, and The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA).

Our clients range from busy professionals, to regular travellers and holiday makers, to the elderly and immobile members of our community.
