My van broke down on the freeway and had to gewt it towed home . Next morning I rang a local mechanic who hung up on me and another who was too busy to listen to my problem . Third time lucky I called Matt the A1 Master Mechanic at Narellan . He listened to what I needed to say and even gave me the number of a tow truck driver friend of his who could bring the vasn to his work shop fpr hE LISTENED TO WEHAT s

Yesterday my dearest husband accidentally put petrol in my diesel 4wd . Madly ringing around for a Machanic to help as we didn't want to drive off from the petrol station feeling stranded with a 1 &2 year old in the car, I came across A1 M&S Machanical.
Matt calmed me down said he would arrange a tow truck and a courtesy car for when I arrive at the work shop. His wife called me back to say a tow truck would be over 1 hour and she was on her way the get us all in her personal car with baby seats ?? i was so shocked she was at the petrol station with in 10 min. Took us back to the workshop and had us in a courtesy car and on our way home. They arranged tow truck and repairs .. highly recommended A1 M &S machanicals they are true genuine people and I can't thank them enough!!!

I have been servicing my cars with A1 M&S for many years and they are extremelly competent and honest. Their customer service is the best you can get. They provide courtesy vehicle so the customer don't get stuck waiting while the vehicle is getting repaired.
They allowed me to use their courtesy vehicle to go to work in the mornig and return only in the afternoon while my car was being serviced.
