THIS IS A WARNING: just plain terrible. They called less than 24 hours prior to move to change time, which we agreed to. Then proceeded to be 3 hour and 15 minutes late without contacting us (driver had our number as well as head office). Arrived in a smaller than requested truck 3.4t instead of booked 5t. Looked at the furniture to move and said "we can do it in one move we'll have to do 2 trips". This isn't factual as we moved into the house in 1 trip with little red trucks in a 5t and we only had 1 new cabinet to add to the move and no boxes as we did those ourselves.
Team finally finished at 7:30pm, charged full rate, dropped our couch a table and numerous other items. Then told me if I want a receipt I need to contact head office. So, I contact head office that night. It is now over a week later and 2 follow ups and still no receipt...
This company and their affiliates are not worth the effort and should be avoided at all cost.
