I had a pretty bad experience with AA Fencing and do not recommend them for your fencing needs. They are not reliable. After being told that my fencing will be up on Oct 18, 2013, the job wasn't completed until Nov 8, 2013. Is was partly because the contractor installed the side gate on the wrong side. When they installed it on the correct side, the lock installed was incorrect. I was promised that the lock will be changed on Nov 13 but no contractor turned up. Then I was told it will be changed on Nov 21, and again no one turned up. More recently, I was told that someone will come on Jan 10, 2014 but no one turned up. They have wasted my time because I have to make sure that I am home to open the gate for them to change the lock. If you want fencing to be installed timely and correctly, find another company.

Many times we had tried to contact you and were unable to meet you on site due to the fact we could not get a hold of you - Also, we fixed up the gate and lock for you and gave you a pretty generous discount too for the miscommunications.

We had colorbond fencing installed about a week ago. The fence looks great so far, but I was less than impressed with the way they cleaned their equipment in my garden beds, leaving all the residue of concrete on the soil and the ground. I was appalled with the way they hosed down a wheelbarrow using my hose and leaving concrete smeared on some of my plants, trees and flowers. I do not recommend using AA Fencing if you don't want them to kill your precious plants. AA Fencing, if you are reading this review, tell your staff not to clean their equipment in the client's garden bed!!! Not good enough!!!

Poor installation & terrible customer service!
I recently had a colorbond fence installed on top of a limestone retaining wall (~26m of fence total) and within one week of installation the support frame post came loose from the limestone footings which caused 3 colorbond sheets to fall out of supports. AA fencing did not install properly and did not assume ownership of failed installation. They blamed it on winds which seemed very convenient but this shouldnt happen within a week of installation. Surely, they should install properly to account for winds (as a fence would always be subject to winds). Thank you for your review. In regards to this matter, AA Fencing installed a Colourbond fence on top of an existing limestone wall as requested by yourself. We apologise for the damage this may have caused you.
