Abel Airport Park

DONT USE ABEL CARPARKING on Nudgee Road! Left our car with them (it is just over a year old) so that it would be in undercover parking while we were away. We returned to find our car had paint rubbed off the front bumper, right back to the plastic. NOT HAPPY. We returned from our trip in the evening, so we didnt notice it when we picked it up (Worst mistake!!) I took pics and sent them in an email and they couldnt be bothered answering us back. They may be cheap but its not going to be cheap for us having to get our bumper repaired!!!

Bad experience.

I booked 3 weeks before the date I was to fly. After phoning them to arrange a date and time i was led to believe my car was officially booked in for undercover parking at a rate of $10 per day.

Arriving at 400 Nudgee Rd - Abel airport parking on the night, i was to learn that there was no parking available. No booking was recorded and no apologies from the staff there offered to me on that night. The experience was dreadful and potentially could have been avoided. Chances of me missing my flight was high. Abel's inefficient booking recording increased the risks of a failed journey. I did not have a whole lot support from them. The Abel staff member on duty was insensitive to my anxiety.

I left them and drove immediately to ANDREW'AIRPORT PARKING.

Amazing service. Same rates....undercover parking and professional service. The staff ensured i did not miss my flight.

I am extremely disappointed with the service. One of the reasons we chose their service was because we wanted to take advantage of their car cleaning services and we

were under the impression that we would be collected quickly following our arrival back in the bne terminal. As it was my wife who made the internet booking for the service, I was unaware that I was not billed for the cleaning service, therefore we were greatly disappointed when we collected the car and discovered it was dusty and unclean. On top of that, we had waited for more than 30mins at the airport to be picked up. And they are unresponsive to our email feedback.

I am very happy and impressed with the service provided. I was traveling with my baby and the drivers were very helpful and help us with the loading and unloading the baggage. The drop off and pick up process itself was smooth and easy. On both occasions, the drivers were waiting for us at the parking bay. I would recommend Abel Airport Park to everyone. It had saved me money and time. Thanks Abel!
