Quite disappointed with this company. Purchased our first home. The report was very basic. Settled on the 23rd of Dec, first night staying in the new home, woke up on Christmas morning and the downstairs floods with little rain. Fixed that up, they did not recognise that they used the wrong material and did renovation in the bathroom, and 5 months later our bathroom floor is about to fall through, and the water is going into the second room, and if we have a shower longer than 2 minutes, the water goes straight through the floor into our downstairs. The outside toilet pipe always leaks also every time we flush the toilet. Overall... now we are having to outlay a lot of money for something they did not advise us in the first place. Should of saved the money and not used their services.
