Hiring Absolute and Alive was the biggest mistake we made when planning our wedding. I had some reservations before the wedding, but I convinced myself it would be ok. After the wedding - it always took multiple calls/emails over days/weeks to get a response from them. In fact, the only time we got a same-day response was when we sent an email citing legal action if we didn't get our albums. It took about 16 months for us to get our albums, and the quality of our photos really isn't that great. We didn't even get a close up of my husband and I and the creative "arty" shots we were shown when we first met with them - well, none of our photos resembled those. Do not hire this company.
