very hard to comunicate with this Company, anoying turn over in staff and Tenant had to take them to Court to get maintence done.
there Inexperinced Trademan caused thousands of $ Damage due incompetence to proced and compleate a simple job!
Top Managment always Overseas on Junket Tour or Wineing it up Fridays and meetings Monday so never realy on the job, left to 20 year old someting churnable Staff !

As all the other reviews say, please avoid these people at all costs. I was the landlord of a property that was rented through them and they are completely incompenent. They take no responsibility for the many mistakes they make. The service is very poor, they want to take as much of your money as they can but have no idea how to provide any service for the money they are paid.

I strongly urge you to pick a property to lease which is managed with a different real estate agent. I hadn't heard much about Absolute but as soon as we signed the lease it has been nothing but a nightmare. A property manager who was never available and never returned calls or emails. (they weren't even present when we had to sign our lease). Any faults with the property would take months to action after constant follow up (I was left without an air conditioner for 9 weeks!! in the middle of wet season).

I would strongly urge you not to use absolute real estate. From the beginning we have continuously been stuffed around. We have a new property manager every few months, with no continuity at all. We tried on numerous occasions to contact them in regards to a number of issues and never got a response. Then on our final inspection they got a professional cleaner to clean the house (after we had spent 3days cleaning it ourselves) without telling us how much it would cost us and took it out if our bond without informing us.
