Purchased a mobile phone booster from these guys and it works really well. I had to buy a bigger antenna which they supplied and advised on the best place for installation. Recommend if you are a camper or off-roader and need mobile coverage on the trails. Thanks, Stan.
Access Antennas' Staff went 'above and beyond' to find a new Remote for my STRONG PVR and posted it off the next day!
I really couldn't have asked for any better service and my well packaged Remote found its way down to Tassie in good time.
The professional manner in which Access Antenna handled my low cost $26 purchase would definately make me willing to spend the 'Big Bucks' with them!
Thanks again Guys.
Have orderd & paid for a remote control on 24th March.
Its now 9th May (7 week ago)
Still no remote, very limited response from Access Antennas
I would not deal with this company again, and would definatly Not Recomend to anyone.
I don't belive they could care less weather i got product or not.
Have asked for money back twice, they just say product is coming!
Hi Mario. We do understand your concerns and appreciate your feedback. As you were aware we use the Australia Post services. Some times items do get lost. When items do get lost some times they do turn up a week or two later. In the event they are missing or stolen and no insurance is purchased we generally out of good faith replace at our cost. Australia Post is absolutely useless at times. We call them and they ask to go online and file a complaint and lodge a report. After the report is lodged they inform that they will look into the matter and it will take up to 28 days. Sometimes the items do actually turn up . Unfortunately the rate of items lost with Australia Post is close to 1 in 100 and when it does happen we just have to wait patiently for them to inform us what the outcome is.
If the item is less than $100 there is no reimbursement which is the worst thing. Sorry Mario and I hope you can forgive us for the loss and hopefully the fact we have replaced the second item at our cost you can restore some faith in us.
