Have had 4 lessons with them.
Good points: is very good at pointing out where you need improvement and actively helps and reminds you to do so. Always on time.
Bad points: When life gets in the way and you need to cancel, can make you feel like you've done wrong by them.
You'll also hear the same stories many times over. If you can tolerate that then go book some lessons!
Just got my P's today thanks to Bernie and the Accomplish Driving School team. Was always on time, was easy to learn with and the customer service was phenomenal, massively helpful. wouldnt have gotten my license without them. Recommend to anyone looking to get their license or learning to drive :D
My review has been edited. I did mention that i had one lesson with Bernie and when i called reception to complain, that i was sworn at over the phone and thats why i stated that i was in shock. I didn't write this review to communicate with the staff from Acomplish driving school in Berwick, or for their benefit. My review was written only to warn potential customers, as thats what this site is for. Freedom of speech. The term slander is defined as a malicious, false, and defamatory statement or report. It would be wise for a company to look into matters further before throwing legal accusations around. Especially when it's in writing.
Firstly I have been informed to mention that we have spoken to our legal side who do all Accomplish's work. Please give us your real name so we can again tell you that you have never had lessons with Accomplish. I have been told that It is you who is doing the slandering as you say that it was our staff who swore to you on the phone. Firstly we are a business, we do not act in that way.
Ask any of the other students that Accomplish have. Also there are at least 2 other instructors from other schools whom also have the same name as Bernies ( I assume you got his name from the review below yours?) You are most welcome to write any review you feel, but please be aware that it is you who has used slander against the staff at Accomplish. That being said your written comments, including Accomplish's are being handed to our legal side who will deal with the legalities and may contact you further.
absolutely shocking. I had one lesson and i found the staff to be very lazy. The staff was annoyed when i booked the lesson from one location and then had to work late so had to change the pick up location 2 hours before the lesson. The staff was grumpy and impatient especially when they heard i only needed a couple of lessons. They used my lesson time to rebook another lesson before we started which took ten minutes. I called reception to complain. I was in absolute shock and would hate for any younger drivers to have to go through my experience.
"JasmineCor"....we have checked our client list here at Accomplish Driving School and we have never had anyone by your name book any lessons with us. We feel you have the wrong driving school. And yes, we keep a client list even if our students have ONLY ONE LESSON. As part of the staff who answer all calls here, we have not had anything like you described happen so are you another driving school trying to slander Accomplish's good name? We have not had ANY calls from an annoyed student at all complaining so we think you have the wrong driving school. Please be careful you have the right company before writing a bad review. Thankyou
"JasmineCor"..We at Accomplish have no record in our client list with anyone by your name NOR have we had a complaint from anyone about their lessons as you mentioned. Yes we keep a client list even if our students have just the 1 lesson, it's no problem to Accomplish if a student books 1 or 50 lessons with us, we make a client list on each student and we have no record of anyone with your name and indeed have had no one call to complain. Maybe you are another driving school trying to tarnish Accomplish's name or maybe you have the wrong driving school. I am interested on how you do conclude staff to be "lazy"? Please contact Accomplish if you have a problem with us and explain who you are and I'm sure we can establish you have never booked with us. Thankyou
