The greatest tree loppers ever - they were friendly, helpful and very professional. They were punctual in both quoting and doing the job, as well as helping us with council paperwork. They tidied up perfectly after the job and took rubbish away. I can't recommend this company highly enough. I won't hesistate to get them back again.
Very disappointed in the attitude of this business. Was told they would be out to quote in the afternoon. After waiting several hours my wife rang and was told by Steve "Yeah, we aren't going to come out today. Can you just tell us a bit about the tree".
Extremely poor form when a business, a local business, can't be bothered to turn up to provide a quote of presumably several thousand dollars.
Was advised by Steve that our location was too far away - even though he advertises on the website that we are in his area and are only 20 minutes away.
This isn't the first time this lack of interest in looking at jobs has occurred with tradesman. All I can say is I hope your loyal customers stick with you when things aren't so rosy.....
Removed 3 trees in a Quick and tidy manner. Very happy with service provided. They were also much cheaper than the other quotes we got.
Very poor!! cancelled first appt with 3 excuses then appeared to rush job when finally undertaken. Needed to be reminded what to cut then tried to charge extra $220 for what had already been included in quote. Made an absolute mess of our garden destroying our trees and plants using the excuse they're " helping us prune and they wld grow back"!! Chopped trees i had not asked to be chopped and destroyed plants without a sorry oops nothing!Trees at front of property half cut saying it was for privacy when they left a huge hole on side by cutting a tree to fence height! In my opinion bec i insisted it was rescheduled for same week as cancellation was rushed to go to other job in afternoon unprofessional in leaving property half cut half not and many trees that should have beed left, destroyed!Nearly $2000+out of pocket without the work i asked for to be done done and a few weekends of mine wasted trying to fix problem.
