Adelaide Truck & Bus Rental

The bus I hired was decent and I didn't have any problems with them until I recieved an email from the after about the payment for a toll road I used on my trip. They charge a ridiculous amount just for forwarding you the bill ($50). Not happy. Aside from that the customer service I recieved was pretty average. Was supposed to be able to pick up the bus anytime from 4-6, when I arrived at 4 I had to wait until almost 6 until the bus was ready. I'm sure there are more pleseant compaines to work with out there then this one. Won't be using their services again!

Great service at great rates. Have seen their trucks all around Adelaide so decided to give them a shot when moving. Happy to say we made the right decision. Had the best rates around, friendly and helpful service, was an overall easy and up-front transaction that took away some of the stress of moving. No complaints whatsoever.

Helped my brother with moving house the other week - they were VERY busy (truck rental) but we didnt really have to wait too long..... we did pay the extra for the sack truck and blankets but glad we did - worth the extra couple $$.... we called to say we were running about 10 or 20 minutes late,but he didnt charge us because he was still there finishing up with another couple who were also running late (they did warn us that for anyone they had to stay back for, there was a late fee so that was a bit of a bonus for us - that they didnt charge us) while we were waiting there was another guy in there who was telling me he uses them often for his work & had never had a problem (I think he was beefing them up while I was annoyed coz of the line up) but I guess if they are busy well...... anyway. all good, truck was clean and they were cheaper than Budget too. would use them again.

Quality trucks at good rates. Included everything needed for a do it yourself house removal. Hydraulic Lifter, blankets, trolley. Truck was in tip top condition. Cheapest I found for rates but fantastic quality trucks and service.
