Paid the 4K deposit for our holiday... then moved premises without telling anyone. Tracked them down eventually. Never got a single receipt for any payments or more than an estimated total (never sure exactly what it did cost). Then once all paid for, received tickets with barely any of the inclusions we were told were booked, then held ransome for an extra $1000 to get what we were quoted originally. Paid the money, received flight info to find out i was booked to fly on to my next destination 6 days before I even arrived there. Tours booked 2 on same day, spent more time re-organising the holiday than I would have to book it myself. Absolutely astonished they can trade as travel agents, most un-professional business I have ever dealt with.
