I paid the deposite and the company was gone and the one earth outlet pty ltd compay take the case, they sell the similar item but the price is increasing and the deposite is 50% discont to back,. however, if compair with the original price includind the deposite , i still lost my deposite. how about your. did you pirchsed any from them?
I am sorry but I must state that I do not agree with the negative comments against this company.
My experience with air and water has been nothing but positive.
After 20 months of the installation of my ducted air conditioning a problem occurred.
The response from air and water was immediate, professional and carried out in a timely manner.
I would personally like to thank Don,Randi,Aaron and Harry for their personal involvement
with this situation.
I would highly recommend this company.
They had a competitive price (cheapest of 3 quotes) & were pretty quick giving us a quote & organising the job (ducted inverter sytem). Really let down by rough installation work though. My advice to company owners would be to go out & check the work your tradesmen (or contractors) are doing. Most of our installation seemed to be done with a big chisel & a big hammer. Cracked our ceiling in two spots. Left a lot of mess behind as well (roof insulation all over our kitchen benches, sofa & kids beds) & made no attempt to clean up after themselves. Not impressed!

I can't find any job with such an issue. Do you mind just checking that it was Air and Water Residential as I have spoken to both the installation manager and owner and they do not believe this is our job.

I had a very mixed experience with this company. The staff turned up bang on time - great. But then they miscounted the number of outlets we needed which wasn't picked up until the day before installation - bad. They also designed a system putting two outlets in the same room on different zones - bad. All the equipment/parts turned up when promised the day before installation - great. But all the wrong outlet sizes were delivered - bad. The installers turned up on time - great. But did a rushed and sloppy install, damaging our ceilings (required plaster/paint repair (at our cost) in every room except one) in the process - bad. Left our bore pump (nothing to do with the A/C!) disconnected - bad - and couldn't provide clear instruction on using the system as it was "only the second one of this type we've installed" - bad . I do apologise for your bad experience with our company. It's not the forum to go into the detail here but I agree we made a number of mistakes on your job. I appreciate your acknowledgement that they were rectified promptly.
I asked you to send photos in so the owner/manager (Don) could respond to you. I apologise that he never did. At that time he was recovering from major unexpected surgery which occurred at the hottest week in over 40 years and so by the time he got to your file and correspondence all issues had been resolved. I should have advised you of this and apologised on his behalf but we were all left rather on the back foot with Don being off sick for 6 weeks and only on light duties for a month thereafter.
Again I apologies for your bad experience and accept your fair review.
