Al Dente prides itself on the concept of no set menu but rather regional, seasonal and fresh food. On the day of visit, the selection included breakfast sandwiches, pasta bake, frittatas and quiches. There were also caramel oat slices, passionfruit melting moments and danishes for something sweet. I tried the bacon and egg quiche with tomato relish, which was fresh and delicious. Its great-tasting coffee (Bills Beans) cleverly served with a complimentary shortbread biscuit is probably the reason for the morning queues of locals. (a queue that I can also be found in)
