After a recent break in we found Alcom Security through Google. After a chat to Jennifer and a initial visit we loved how they took such pride in there work and in protecting our property.

We loved how friendly and undertstanding Jennifer was and the installer was outstanding and diligent with all his work and communitcation. We appreciated Alcom's knowledge and assistance in helping us create the best and reliable security adjustments to our security.

My wife and I made the decision in 2018, to have Crimsafe Security Screen fitted. We had a talk from Jenny BROWN and staff at our NSW Retired Police branch meeting and we were very impressed with the products. We, and many of our members have now had Crimsafe security screen fitted to our homes. Great product and very happy with the followup service. I recently (July 2019) had Crimsafe screens and doors (some are on stacker doors) installed on my home. I had a great experience dealing with Jenny who organised all the sheduling and who orgainsed the measuring to be done on a weekend to fit in with my schedule. Thank you to Quentin who came out on the Sunday and did the measuring and gave me lots of information about the product. Then installation was done by Simon a very nice courteous gentleman who Jenny also organised to fit into my schedule. Simon worked all day, a real Energiser bunny doing the installation. He was also the neatest, tidiest worker I have seen and cleaned up beautifully even vaccuming around the installation. I am extremely happy with the work done and with the product. You see the Crimsafe ads and it looks really good but it is not until you see it installed that you see just how good it is.
